制作：
(1)将牛肋条切成约1吋大小块状备用。
(2)将油倒入平底锅烧热後，将切好的牛肋条直接平铺放入锅中，待第一面煎2～3分钟後，再翻煎一下，切依个人喜好之熟度，增减烹调时间。
(3)将调味料混合均匀後倒入锅中，拌炒几下即可上桌。或煎好後直接沾调味料食用亦可。
