该液用于体外培养，1000ml超纯水或去离子水经重蒸后含Ham’s F10干粉9.8g，硫酸镁(MgSO4·7H2O)0.124g(1mM)，青霉素G(K)(penicillin G(K))0.05g，乳酸钙(calcium lactate·3H2O)0.3g(1mM)，碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)1.68g(20mM)，碳酸氢钾(KHCO3)0.50g(5mM)经过滤分装，渗透压280～290 mOsm/kg H2O pH 7.35～7.45可在4℃下保存，2周内用完。生长液中含灭活人血清15%；授精液中含10%。
