预约保险


　　[预约保险1亦称“开口保险”。由保险双方当事人按照约定的内容签订一项长期的货运保险合同。合同内载明货物名称、承保责任、每批货物的最高保险金额、保险费率和保险费结算办法等。凡预约保险合同范围内的货物一经起运，合同自动生效。在合同有效期内，被保人每装运一批货物时，应将它们的名称、数量、船名、航程、起运日期和保险金额等及时向保险人申报;保险人将投保人的每一次申报作为合同的一部分，根据投保人提供的情况定期结算保险费，如发生损失则按约定条件承担赔偿责任。投保人如有漏报，即便货物已发生损失，仍可补报并补缴保险费，保险人也仍然负责赔偿;倘若投保人申报时，货物已平安抵达目的地，仍应如数缴付保险费。预约保险合同的保险期限，有定期和不定期两种情况。定期的规定一年或两年;不定期的则长期适用，只有签约双方中的一方事先通知另一方，才能终止预约保险合同，但必须在合同终止前so天前通知。预约保险合同适用于货物批量多、期限长而需在一定时期内分批发运的进出口货物，尤其是以roB和CFR价格条件成交的进口货物。预约保险因为不规定保险总金额，保险费事后定期结算，从而免除了投保人预先缴付保险费的负担，同时又保留了流动保险的优点，即毋须逐笔商议，节省手续，且能防止漏保，故而在国际海上保险市场上深受从事外贸进出口业务的投保人的欢迎。
