性质:化学纤维纺丝后,由相当多的单股长丝集合成为丝束。由于用途不同可分下列加工方法:(1)纺丝后集成丝束,经拉伸、上油、卷曲、干燥定型后,切成短纤维;(2)醋酯纤维或丙纶经纺丝、集束、拉伸、卷曲后,以长丝束制作香烟滤嘴棒;(3)经纺丝、拉伸定型后长丝束,再经制条机直接制成毛条(tow-to-top),用于毛纺厂纯纺或混纺;(4)纺丝后经牵切纺成粗纱条。
