This paper introduces principles and measures of technology mechanism in the inductance energy storage type double ignition and continuous breakdown ignition technology and,points out,this technology overcomes the working problems in the existing ignition technology ignition,cover small angle,low energy ignition not repeat the work breakdown ignition.

Not considering the limit of ammunition consumption,damage fire is in direct proportion to the firing duration in the heavy burst fire to the target.

Depend on the characteristics of the evaluation of artillery damage fire, We analyzed the effect that firing duration to artillery damage fire, and discussed the changes about the target killing zone and the rate of artillery fire in the condition of heavy fire, and then we got the model of the evaluation of artillery damage fire with the change of firing duration.
