Based on the engineering background of liquid-propellant rocket engines, the characteristics of circle series pulse electrical ignition for liquid propellant spray have been researched in this dissertation.
本文以液体火箭发动机为工程背景,开展了液体推进剂环形序列脉冲电点火特性研究,主要内容如下:(1)设计并加工了环形序列脉冲电点火装置,并系统研究了不同工况下该装置的放电特性;(2)设计并加工了液体推进剂喷雾装置,研究了HAN基液体推进剂喷雾特性,并根据实验拟合公式,计算了雾化颗粒的索泰尔平均直径D_(32),建立了射流破碎雾化的气液两相流理论模型,并进行了数值模拟;(3)搭建了液体推进剂液雾环形序列脉冲电点火实验平台,利用高速录像系统研究了不同工况下LP1846液雾序列脉冲电点火的特性;(4)设计了基于时序电路控制的环形序列脉冲电点火系统,并对其进行了相关理论研究;(5)在实验基础上,建立了强迫对流环境中LP1846单滴着火燃烧的数学模型,估算了LP1846雾滴的最小点火能量,计算结果表明本文所设计的点火装置是合理可行的。
