Starting with the translation criteria, this article preliminarily explores the reasons that translation syndromes are produced, their existing forms and the correspondent correcting measures and offers the translators the points for attention in translating from another aspect.

Based on analyzing the sources of main pollutants in the marine space of Xiamen,the author concluded the control measures for treatment of water pollutants coming from different sources and focused on introducing four typical cases for treatment and utilization of chemical wastewater,electroplating wastewater,living and breed wastewater.

Following that, the control measures which must be adopted were discussed, the measures are the decrease of the polluted water, the industrialization of the polluted water treatment, the development of environmental products and new water resources.
