紧密连接
指细胞与细胞间的一种连接方式。多见于上皮细胞的顶部，在电镜标本(细胞纵切面）上，可见两个相邻细胞之间无缝隙，胞膜互相连成索状。它除起连接作用外，还有封闭细胞间隙(粘膜屏障）的作用。
