光敏电阻是一种在光照条件下改变自身电导的半导体无结两端器件。其工作原理是光照激发产生非平衡载流子参与电导,造成半导体材料电阻下降。通过杂质电离产生的光电导称为杂质光电导,通过价带电子跃迁至导带产生的光电导称为本征光电导。制备光敏电阻的材料有:锗、硅、硒、硫化镉、硫化钴、碲镉汞等。
