Aiming at the target imaging characteristic and the function shortcoming of surface reconnaissance radar,this paper presents a target recognition method based on sequencable outline image of radar echo,discusses these problems such as the separation of echo sequence outline image,feature extraction in detail,the influence of target distance and attitude on outline image characteristics,etc.
