Using the ITU-R rain attenuation forecasting model,and based on the rainfall data and the geographic location parameters of main cities in our country,the isograms of rain attenuation distribution for the communication satellite with the orbital location 92° E in Ka band(30/20GHz)was presentd.
利用ITU-R给出的降雨衰减预测模型,根据我国主要城市的分钟降雨率数据,计算出我国Ka波段(30/20GHz),轨道位置为92°E的卫星通信系统在线极化波情况下的降雨衰减等值线分布,此结果可作为Ka波段卫星通信系统设计的理论依据。

A new model is developed for the computation of rain specific attenuation from rain volume reflectivity,for frequencies from 1 GHz to 100 GHz,and the radar equation,maximum range and signal-to-noise ratio and signal-to-clutter ratio in rain have also been analyzed herein.
文中拟合得到了由降雨的雷达体反射率反演雨衰减率的公式,适用频率1~100 GHz,并且给出了降雨存在时的雷达方程、最大作用距离以及雷达接收信号信噪比与信杂比的变化。
