This paper discussed climate hydrological and weather factors to the influence of geology disasters of collapse bank in Heilongjiang River and character of eroding collapse bank by the example of Mohe River section of the upper reacher of Heilongjiang River,and presents that climate hydrology factors have periodicity and non_stability in the process of eroding collapse bank by Heilongjiang River.
