In view of the defects of increase coefficient of bias distance \%\% formula (GBJ10-89)in practice,considering the result of the limitstate alternative method resulted from the effect of the second coracte moments,by regression analysis and after much calculalion,the regression count expression formula of increase coefficient of bias distance is established.
针对现行混凝土结构设计规范ＧＢＪ１０－８９中，偏心距增大系数η计算公式在应用中存在的缺陷，在考虑二阶弯矩影响的有限元迭代法计算成果的基础上，通过大量计算，并运用回归分析，建立了钢筋混凝土受压构件η的计算表达式。

To be in light of the fault of increase coefficient of bias distance η formula in current lightweight aggregate concrete standard in practice,considering the influence of two stepped moments by using the entire proceeding analyses theory,we reached the η of corresponding side and side deflection f and curvature φ of circular cross section biasing structure whose column ends are different.
针对轻骨料混凝土设计规范中偏心距增大系数η计算公式在应用方面有待于完善的问题,采用全过程理论分析并考虑二阶弯矩的影响,得出了在不同端弯矩下圆形截面偏压构件控制截面处截面曲率φ、侧向挠度f与相应的η值。

现在要画一个偏心圆锥,底面在WCS的XY平面上,圆心(0,0,0),半径100,顶点(300,0,400)在ZX平面上.
1)连接PA,PB. A(-100,0,0) B(100,0,0)

2)延长PA到C,使PA=CA;延长PB到D,使PB=DB;
3)连接CD;
4)以CD为直径画圆;
5)用XLINE命令中的二等分选项作角CPD的角平分线PO,交CD于O;
6)过O作CD的垂线,交圆于E,F;

7)用三点UCS命令,取三点为:O,P,C;
8)过点O作PO的垂线GO,交PC于G;

9)再次用三点UCS命令,取三点为O,F,G;
10)现在就可以画椭圆锥了!
cone-e-c-捕捉O点-捕捉F点-捕捉G点-a-捕捉P点;

11)回到WCS,剖切椭圆锥
SL-选择椭圆锥-回车-XY-回车-捕捉P点.
12)删除辅助线条.
