d一ood一J tor、gXlr)了ollgj}调度通信总机(operational tolephone ex-change)电力系统运行操作、业务联系和事故处理过程中,在调度人员与运行人员之间实现本地及长途电话通信的控制设备。调度通信总机有人工调度通信总机和自动调度通信总机两大类。 人工调度通信总机由调度台和接口电路组成。调度台配有进行电话呼叫的扳键、指示灯、电话手机和发出来话通知的电铃或蜂鸣器。接口电路包括共电用户电路、磁石用户电路、自动用户电路。这些电路之间不能进行自动交换。 自动调度通信总机由自动调度台和调度电话程控交换机组成。 自动调度台调度电话程控交换机的专用终端设备,包括告警指示灯、呼叫指示灯、日期时间显示屏、主叫用户和被叫用户号码显示屏、紧急呼叫指示灯、拨号键盘、被叫用户按键、功能按键(包括电话会议、优先呼叫、紧急呼叫和编程按键)。每个被叫用户按键代表一个调度对象及其电话号码。呼叫时,主叫用户只按一下相关的被叫用户按键.调度台就通过交换机自动选择中继电路接通被叫用户。当其他用户呼叫本调度台时,调度台上的相应呼叫指示灯闪亮、铃响,同时显示出主叫用户号码。如调度员主叫的对方不属于本台被叫用户按键范围时.需用拨号键盘发出被叫用户的相应号码完成通话。 调度电话程控交换机调度电话专用的交换机。(见电话交换机)
