In order to overcome shortcomings,an automatic ignition system based on PLC,GKCT128-0 is developed,which consists of five parts,that are logic control,display operation,dynamical drive,flame detection and controlled objects.

The paper adopts energy saving technique of optimization operating control system in boiler automatic ignition,which reduced energy-consuming,and ensured safety in production.

A new type spirit stove trough and autoignition device was designed by application of four-bar linkage,which solved the problem that people would be possibly scalded by the soup from the cauldron when the cauldron was picked up.
