药理作用: 为抗毒血清,用蛇毒免疫马血浆制成。它可与相应的蛇毒产生特异性免疫反应,以中和蛇毒,达到解毒效果。
适应症: 用于治疗眼镜蛇咬伤。
用量用法: 皮下、肌内或静脉注射:每次2000u,儿童与成人剂量相同。
注意事项:
1.可引起血清过敏反应、发热、荨麻疹、胸闷、气短、恶心、呕吐等。
2.注射前应做皮试(用20倍稀释液)。过敏反应者,注射前先进行脱敏,并给以抗过敏药、肾上腺素、或肾上腺皮质激素。
3.静注时加40ml的25%-50%葡萄糖或生理盐水缓注(每分钟不超过4ml),注射过程中应密切注意血清过敏反应,如出现异常,立即停止注射,并滴注氢化可的松或地塞米松。
4.25℃以下(最好2℃-10℃)暗处保存。
