The structure of customization information dealing system is proposed according to the need function development (NFD) mode that consists of three parts: customization information transmission, customization requirement development and manufacturability evaluation, to support the MC implementing.
大批量定制 (MC)是以个性化信息驱动 ,有机结合客户个性化和大规模生产的先进生产方式 ,依照面向MC实施的需求功能配置方法 (NFD)中的 3个具体步骤 :个性化信息传导 ,个性化需求配置、可制造性评价 ,搭建了面向大批量定制的个性化信息处理系统的框架 ,指明了该信息系统和支持MC实施的其它信息系统的关系 ,并提出了该系统框架内的 3个模块 :个性化信息搜捕模块、个性化信息分流配置模块以及评价模块 ,最后绘出了个性化信息搜捕模块的流程图 。
