Based on the deep research on the character of personal electrify sense,protective method and system running feature,a protective method which changes the 10kV small current grounding power system to the intellectual small current grounding power system is proposed,and the structure and work principle of the intellectual small current grounding power system are introduced.
针对10 kV小电流接地系统,提出当发生人身感电时,由于没有相应的保护装置,使感电人员不能快速脱离电源,并在系统对电容电流的长时间作用下,会给人身带来严重伤害的问题。
