性质:一种掺杂硅、铝、钾氧化物的钨丝。采用垂熔法制造。在垂熔过程中,由于氧化钾的作用,在材料内部形成小孔洞。加工时孔洞沿轴向拉长,退火时形成钾泡,阻碍晶粒横向长大,形成平行丝轴高度伸长的燕尾状,由此提高钨丝的高温抗下垂性。按高温抗下垂能力分为WAll、WAl2、WAl3三种牌号。按延性分为T、L和M三类。广泛用于电子器件热丝和灯泡灯丝,如高色温灯丝、耐震热丝、放射管阴极等。
