zhuantai zhenkong guol口11转台真空过滤机(rotary table filter)过滤圆盘水平放置并可旋转的真空过滤机，主要由水平放置的过滤圆盘、分配头、螺旋输送机等部件组成。(见一 转台真空过滤机示意图 1一分配头;2一螺旋输送机;3一过滤圆盘图)过滤圆盘由若干个扇形过滤室组成，每个扇形室都有滤液管通向分配头，分配头把过滤圆盘分成给料区、脱水洗涤区和卸料区。在脱水洗涤区，滤饼可以受到多次洗涤，洗液和滤液可分别收集。在卸料区设置螺旋输送机排卸滤饼。工作时，过滤圆盘由驱动机构带动旋转，各扇形室在分配头的控制下依次完成各过滤作业。转台真空过滤机可用不同洗液进行多级逆流洗涤，但有占地面积大的缺点;适于过滤要求洗涤效果好和含有大密度粗粒固体的滤浆。 (蒋志和)
