ASTM Zhuan四shiyanAsTM转鼓试验(峪TM tumbler test)美国材料和试验协会(Arner咖s父jety for Test Materials,缩写为AsTM)制定的测定燕炭转鼓强度的试验方法。美国自1928年制定AsTM转鼓试验标准(D294-1928)以来,除入鼓焦样量和块度有所改变以外,试验装置和方法均没有实质性的变动。转鼓内径为910~,长为455~,制做转鼓用的钢板厚度不小于6~,鼓内壁周长上相隔180。沿鼓长各焊一个50x50 x6~的角钢提料板。转鼓转速为24r/~,每次试验旋转1400转,人鼓焦样量为n.34kg,入鼓焦块度为50~75~。.用稳定因子sF和硬度因子即分别作为焦炭的抗碎强度指标和耐磨强度指标。稳定因子是旋转后>25~的焦炭占入鼓焦炭的百分率;硬度因子是旋转后>6.3~焦炭占入鼓焦炭量的百分率。两次平行试验的允许最大差值均要求小于1.5%。由于高炉趋向于使用较小的块焦,1976年公布了D3402一76标准。标准方法使用块度为50~75~的焦炭作入鼓焦样。同年又颁布了改进方法的标准。改进方法用50~63~粒级和38~50mln粒级的焦炭各50%作入鼓焦样。所得结果中改进法的稳度因子值较标准方法的低,硬度因子值则比标准法高。 (张孝天)
