    中国武术器械。又称挝,在民间流传较广。抓头形似爪,缚以长绳或木柄。抓分长械及软械两种。长械有“金龙抓”,杆长约2米,杆端有抓形如人手,中指伸直,四指屈挠。软械叫双飞挝,系暗器的一种,用金属打造,像鹰爪,缚以长绳,用于击人马,脱手掷去,着身后收回,使其不能脱走。近代这一器械演练者已少。
