系膜轴型胃扭转
病理学术语。胃扭转的方式之一，较少见。胃以其横轴，即小网膜的纵轴为轴心，从右向左或从左向右旋转称为系膜轴型或绕胃横轴旋转型胃扭转。扭转度数较小时，上胃肠道造影正位投照表现为胃体和胃窦前后重叠，侧位方可显示胃小弯角切迹。顺时针扭转时胃窦位于胃体之后，逆时针扭转时胃窦位于胃体之前。扭转度数较大时出现典型表现。正位见胃窦位于胃体右侧，幽门前区或十二指肠第一段与胃体重叠。
