中和剂
neutralization agent
Zhongheji中和剂(neutralization agent)用以调节溶液pH值至7左右的化学物质。碱性废水(通常指pH>9的废水)常用硫酸作中和剂。个别情况下选用盐酸或硝酸。有足量烟道气时，由于它含有CO:和50:等酸性物质，也可选用。酸性废水(通常指pH<6的废水)采用石灰、苛性钠、碳酸钠、石灰石、白里、白云石等作中和剂。其中前三种制成乳液或溶液进行投加，后三种制成滤料使用。石灰石(C aC03)滤料与含硫酸中和效果。此时宜选用白云石(C aC()3·MgCO3)。碱较多的废水接触时、滤料表面易生成硫酸钙硬壳，影响性中和剂可参照下表选用。 碱性中和剂适用条件导一牛 注:1.表中‘·+”表示建议采用;“0”表示可以采用;“一”表示不宜采用; 2.升流膨胀石灰石中和滤池.中和硫酸废水时，含酸浓度不宜大于29/l。 (周开君)
