Based on the newly-built physical models of the transistor,the paper attempts to analyse the bias state within saturation and carriers motional principles of the bipolar transistor,and meanwhile explains advancedly the correctness of the forward bias of the transistor-collector junction on the state.

According to the experience of the author in using photoshop software, combining with the operating procedure and operating effect,the paper introduces two ways of color cast:using Neutral gray theory to correct color cast and Original color Reduction to correct color cast.
