The paper analyzed abrasion problems of breaker plate,front plate and rear plate during its operation,and proposed improving such measures as modifying molded lines of breaker plate,adjusting layout angle of breaker plate and installing additional device to heat front plate softly,which can save large amount of expense to replace them.
