| 燥湿 中医祛湿法之一。运用苦燥的药物组方以祛除湿邪的治法。主要用于脾胃及肠道的湿盛之证。根据疾病寒热性质的不同，燥湿法可分为苦温燥湿与苦寒燥湿两类。苦温燥湿是用苦温而燥的药物组方以祛除寒湿病邪（或湿邪而不兼有热象）的治法。适用于湿邪或寒湿阻于中焦脾胃的证候。常用苍术、厚朴、陈皮、白豆蔻等药物组成方剂，代表方剂如平胃散等。苦寒燥湿是用苦寒而燥的药物组方以祛除湿热病邪的治法。适用于温热病证。常用黄连、黄芩、龙胆等药物组成方剂，代表方剂如龙胆泻肝汤等。燥湿法常与芳香化湿、健脾化湿等治法配合使用。 |
