性质:凝胶受湿度变化或加入电解质的影响,增加流动性而成溶胶的作用。冻结状态的凝胶受热会起胶溶作用而回复成溶胶。例如鱼冻和肉冻受热就回复成溶胶。沉淀状态的凝胶遇到电解质,会起胶溶作用而回复成溶胶。例如硫化镉沉淀在通入过量的硫化氢时,会回复成溶胶。
