单位时间内(每分钟)两肾生成的超滤液量。据测定,体表面积为1.73m2的个体,其肾小球滤过率为125ml/min左右。由于肾小球滤过率与体表面积有关,为便于比较不同个体之间滤过率的大小,肾小球滤过率也可表示为:125ml/(min·1.73m2)。依次计算,两侧肾每一昼夜从肾小球滤出的血浆总量将高达180L。此值约为体重的3倍,由此表明,肾小球滤过功能在肾的排泄过程中占有重要地位,是衡量肾功能的重要指标。新生儿出生时肾小球滤过率甚低,平均为20ml/(min·1.73m2),早产儿则更低,到1岁时才达到成人水平。临床常用菊糖清除率或内生肌酐清除率来反应肾小球滤过率。
