影响技巧(influenee teehnique)心理咨询的基本技巧之一。指咨询者能运用心理咨询的理论知识和技术方法、个人的生活经验来影响来访者，加速、增进来访者的发展与成熟。主要包括解释、潜能、指导、自我开放和总结等。(1)解释。咨询者运用某种咨询理论或自身的经验、观察，描述、分析来访者心理问题的实质、原因和发展过程。(2)潜能。指咨询者暗示来访者有能力或潜力去从事某种特别形式的活动，表达了咨询者对来访者有能力独立行动的信心。(3)指导。咨询者直接地告诉来访者说某些话、做某件事或以某种方式行动。(4)自我开放。指把个人的有关信息讲出来使别人知道。(5)影响性摘要。咨询者将自己所谈的信息经组织整理后简明扼要地向来访者表达出来的技巧。 (刘晓明撰牟丈博审)
