阴水 阴水 病证名。水肿之属虚证者。因脾肺虚弱或肾经亏损等所致。《丹溪心法·水肿》：“若遍身肿，不烦渴，大便溏，不涩赤，此属阴水。”《类证治裁·肿胀》：“因肺脾肾虚致水溢者，为阴水。”脾阳虚弱者，证见下肢浮肿，按之凹陷不起，脘闷腹胀，纳减便溏，面色萎黄，四肢不温，小便短少，舌淡苔白滑，脉濡缓，治宜健脾利水，用实脾饮、木香流气饮等方。肾阳虚衰者，证见腰以下肿甚，畏寒肢冷，神疲气怯，面色（白光）白，腰脊酸重，舌胖色淡苔白，脉沉细弱，治宜温肾化水，用真武汤、金匮肾气丸等方。参见消肿、遍身肿条。
