Since vibration signals of ship structures excited by the propeller vortex cavitations are characteristics of nonlinear and non-stationary,a mew method of Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) and Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) is proposed to analyze the vibration signals of ship structures.
