血液与氧结合的程度,亦即血红蛋白(Hb)与氧结合的程度,即血氧饱和度=〓〓与Hb结合的氧含量〓〓Hb的氧容量〓〓×100%。正常值:动脉血氧饱和度95%~97%(0.95~0.97)。SaO2测定有助于临床鉴别低氧血症的原因。在缺氧性低氧血症时,由于氧的供给不足,血红蛋白不能充分发挥作用,此时血氧分压降低,血氧饱和度亦低,如慢性心肺疾病时,若SaO2降低,是氧供不足的表现;如果没有缺氧的环境因素,则是肺通气、换气障碍的结果。若低氧血症,氧分压降低而SaO2不低,提示血红蛋白不足或异常血红蛋白血症。SaO2增高见于真性红细胞增多和血液浓缩。
