Olympic Dam Deposit

   澳大利亚的铜-金-铀-银矿床。位于澳大利亚南部阿德雷德城附近。该矿床于1974年发现。探明矿石量20亿吨,铜储量3200万吨、品位1.6%,铀120万吨、品位0.06%(U3O8),金1200吨、品位0.6克/吨。该矿床大地构造位于高勒克拉通与阿德雷德地槽衔接部位的斯图尔陆棚区。含矿主岩为富赤铁矿角砾岩,其中分布有铜铀矿带和金矿带,前者已探明150个矿体。铜铀矿带由斑铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铜矿组成两个亚带,铀矿体则产于斑铜矿和辉铜矿亚带的上部。金矿带分布于角砾岩上部。该矿床以铜为主,伴有铀、金、银、铁、稀土元素等。成矿主要发生于热液喷发及热液角砾岩形成阶段;铜最早形成,其次为铀,金最晚。矿质来自深源流体。矿床成因以内生为主,内生与表生相结合。
