﹝出涅槃经﹞
谓声闻所修比于菩萨所修则劣，故名劣三修。
［一、无常修］，谓声闻之人，不知法身常住之理，而观三界一切有为之法，皆悉生灭无常，是名无常修。（三界者，欲界、色界、无色界也。）
［二、非乐修］，非乐即苦也。谓声闻之人，不知诸法之中，本有涅槃寂灭之乐；而观一切诸法，悉皆是苦，是名非乐修。
［三、无我修］，谓声闻之人，不知自在无碍之真我，而观五阴等法皆空、无我、无我所，是名无我修。（五阴者，色阴、受阴、想阴、行阴、识阴也。）
