In terms of characteristics of enamels and microcomputers,the methods of representation on the effect of substance material,fastening the generation process of realistic graphics by Projection Region Buffer and Light Sphere Buffer and the improved pattern mapping method are presented in this paper.

The technique of interaction of product moulding CAD system and that of realisticgraphics generating are presented,emphasize on improved representation of the quality feel-ing of materials,pattern mapping and using projection region buffer for accelerating realistic graphics generating technique, according to the characteristics of microcomputer and enam-els.
