生产方法：5，5'-二氯-2，2'二羟基联苯（见12785）经硝化而得。硝化反应在乙酸中进行，滴加硝酸的温度不超过20℃，加毕，于30℃保温搅拌2h，然后加入活性炭回流脱色1h，用硝滤棒抽滤，滤液冷至15℃以下，析出结晶，甩滤，用乙酸洗涤，干燥，得双硝氯酚。收率60%。

用途：抗蠕早药。用于防治牛；羊肝片吸虫病。
