In accordance with Sanjintan Sewage Treatment project in Wuhan, this paper figures out design for the formwork frame system of the egg-shaped digesters and meanwhile, makes simulation analysis on the data during the process of the construction works.
文章结合武汉三金潭污水处理工程,对卵形消化池模板框架体系进行了设计,并对施工过程分阶段进行了数值模拟分析,根据分析结果对模板框架体系和施工过程的控制措施进行了优化,其结论可供同类工程参考。

In this paper,the Egg-shaped digesters under static load was analyzed with ANSYS software,then some fit characters for Egg-shaped digesters design were identified for improving its stress distribution performance,including its dimensions,thickness of shell and underground depth.
本文运用大型通用有限元分析软件 ANSYS,采用参数化建模的方法对各种规格的卵形消化池在静力荷载作用下的内力进行对比分析,对卵形消化池的基本形状、池壁厚度以及埋置深度等情况进行优化,使其力学性能更趋合理；此外, 本文结合卵形消化池建造和运行的经济效益提出结构设计的初步建议,从而对其结构实现最优化设计。
