洗  涤


    一、玻璃器皿的洗涤


    （一）、浸泡


    新瓶使用前应先用自来水简单刷洗，然后用稀盐酸溶液（５％）浸泡过夜；培养后的玻璃器皿用后要立即浸入清水中，注意：让水能完全进入瓶皿中，不应留有气泡。


    （二）、刷洗


    浸泡后的玻璃器皿用毛刷沾洗涤剂洗涤（宜选用软毛刷和优质的洗涤剂，如高级洗衣粉或洗洁精），绝对不能使用含沙粒的去污粉！洗刷时特别注意洗刷瓶角部位。


    （三）、浸泡


    器皿要充满清洁液，勿留气泡。浸泡时间不应少于６小时，一般应浸泡过夜。


    清洗液配方：


    【强液】    重铬酸钾              ６３ｇ


                    浓硫酸                １０００ｍｌ


                    蒸馏水                ２００Ｌ


    【次强液】  重铬酸钾              １２０ｇ


                     浓硫酸                ２００ｍｌ


                     蒸馏水                １０００ｍｌ


    【弱液】    重铬酸钾              １００ｇ
