12 female excellent beach volleyball players were volunteered to join in the test of isokinetic concentric strength of knee and ankle joint flexor and extensor by dynamometer-BIODEX with the methods of reading up the documents and measuring statistics in front and behind of annual period of beach volleyball training.
为探讨在沙滩这种特殊的介质上进行排球训练对运动员膝、踝关节肌群肌力的影响 ,在 1998年沙滩排球训练周期前后 ,对我国 12名兼职沙滩女排运动员的膝、踝关节屈伸肌群进行了等速向心收缩肌力测试。

| 向心力 centripetal force 迫使质点作匀速圆周运动的力。此力向着圆心，故称向心力。向心力值F的质点是质量m乘速率v的二次方除以圆周半径r，即F＝mv2／r。如以ω表示质点的角速度，则v＝rω，代入可得F＝mrω2。质点循任意曲线运动时，其所受力可分解为沿切线方向的切向力和指向微元曲率中心方向的法向力，前者改变质点的速率，后者改变运动的方向。这个力的数值也为mv2／r，v为质点的瞬时速度值，r为其曲率半径。这个力也被称为向心力。 |
