| 刻线机 graduating machine 刻制精确分度线纹的机床。分为长刻线机和圆刻线机两类，每类又有普通和高精度两种。其中高精度刻线机对使用环境有特殊要求，必须安装在恒温（20℃±0.05～±0.5℃)室内，并采取防尘、防振等措施。①长刻线机。用来刻划有一定距离精度要求的平行线纹，装有用来预调所需刻划线纹数的计数器，以及校正由丝杆、导轨和其他原因引起的误差的校正装置等，由高精度丝杠控制分度，常用于刻制各种线纹尺、光栅尺、感应同步器及游标卡尺等。②圆刻线机。用于在圆柱面、圆锥面或圆形平面上刻划有一定圆分度精度要求的线纹。普通圆刻线机用于刻制一般度盘，精度为±1′。高精度圆刻线机用于刻制各种光学分度头、光学回转工作台和经纬仪等的度盘，还可刻制圆光栅盘、圆感应同步器和码盘等，分度精度为0.2＂～2＂。普通圆刻线机大多用阿基米德蜗杆蜗轮副控制分度，蜗轮连同工作台安装在高精度主轴上；高精度圆刻线机一般采用特高精度的球面蜗杆蜗轮副 ，主轴采用带锥度的滑动轴承，精度要求极高。 |
