诊法。为梅毒实验室诊断方法之一。检查时要戴橡皮手套。检查的标本常是一期及二期梅毒的皮肤黏膜损害，特别是硬下疳、扁平湿疣，有时可穿刺肿大的淋巴结而取得标本。采取标本时应先将 损害表面上覆盖的痂皮或污物用等渗盐水棉球或纱布轻轻擦去，然后用载玻片压病损部位( 印片法)，加一滴生理盐水，覆上盖玻片，置于暗视野显微镜下检查。此法是诊断早期梅毒 的重要、简便、迅速、可靠的方法。
