| 暗细菌 Schotobacteria 细菌的一纲。仅以化学能为能源的革兰氏阴性细菌。分为化能无机营养菌和化能有机营养菌两类。前者通过氧化氨、亚硝酸、硫化物和元素硫等无机物取得能量，以二氧化碳为唯一的碳源，如硝化杆菌科和硫杆菌属的细菌；后者仅能氧化有机物取得能量，并以其为碳源，如肠杆菌科和拟杆菌科的细菌，其中有的可在自然界中营腐生生活(如螺菌)，有的营共生生活(如根瘤菌)，有的营寄生生活（如奈瑟氏球菌、黄单胞菌），另外还有专性细胞内寄生菌如立克次氏体目的细菌。依照取得化学能的代谢途径，可分为发酵性细菌和呼吸性细菌，前者营发酵代谢（如拟杆菌科和韦荣氏球菌科的细菌）；后者营呼吸代谢，其中有的以分子氧为最终电子受体（如假单胞菌），有的以氧化性的无机盐（如硫酸盐或硝酸盐）为最终电子受体，而脱硫弧菌则以硫酸盐为最终电子受体行厌氧呼吸。 |
