膝腱反射
又称“膝跳反射”，简称“膝反射”。一种生理反射。检查时病人取坐位，小腿完全松弛自然悬垂，或卧位用左手在窝处托起下肢，使髋、膝关节稍屈，然后用右手持叩诊锤叩击髌骨下方的髌韧带。正常反应为小腿伸展。若患者精神过于紧张，反射不出时，可嘱病人两手扣起，用力拉紧，再试即可引出。反射中枢在腰髓2～4节。反射减弱和消失多系器质性病变，如末梢神经炎、神经根炎、脊髓前角炎等中枢性损害时，膝反射亢进。
