经肝静脉插管至其分支导管嵌入停顿后测得的压力。可反映肝窦内压力。其升高的意义有：①提示肝内窦后性门脉高压；②可确定消化道出血来自食管静脉曲张，急性出血者观其变化的高低可预示出血是否继续。正常人此值与肝静脉自由压(FHVP)相差不多。
