The corrosion causes and mechanisms of relative systems were analyzed and the strategies and effective process operating options were recommended based upon the process and equipment problems which came out in the 1996～2000 operation of the hydrocracking unit processing high-sulfur feedstocks in Zhenghai Refining & Chemical Co.
