水沟 水沟 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。《肘后备急方》名人中。别名鬼宫、鬼市、鬼客厅。属督脉。督脉、手足阳明之会。在面部，当人中沟的上三分之一与中三分之一交点处。布有面神经颊支，眶下神经分支，上唇动、静脉。主治中风昏迷，口噤不开，口眼斜，面肿唇动，水气浮肿，小儿惊风，心腹绞痛，以及休克，晕厥，窒息，癫痫，精神分裂症，癔病，低血压，急性腰扭伤等。向上斜刺0.3-0.5寸。
