主料
银耳1/2两（约20克），木瓜8两（约320克），冰糖3两（约120克），姜2片，陈皮少许。
做法
1、银耳用清水浸透，剪去较硬的蒂部，木瓜去皮，切粒，陈皮浸软，去瓤。
2、清水4杯烧煮，放入姜片和陈皮煮片刻。
3、捞去姜片和陈皮，下银耳和木瓜粒，慢火煮15分钟。
4、最后放入冰糖，煮至糖溶解便成。
备注
煲糖水用的木瓜，宜选用八成熟的为佳，过熟的木瓜煲煮后会黏烂，令糖水混浊不清。
