Based on the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the thermal stability of the mixed flow reactor, this paper has made a study respectively of the operating parameters effects of feed temperature and flow on the thermal stability of the mixed flow reactor, and obtained the prerequisites for the thermal stability and the allowable maximum temperature of the mixed flow reactor.
