The dragline silk from an unanaesthetized spider:Argiope amoena was observed under the scanning electronic microscope(SEM).
采用非固定的抽丝方法,从一只未麻醉的悦目金蛛(Argiope amoena)的纺器将拖丝抽出,然后用扫描电镜(SEM)对拖丝进行超微结构的观察,结果表明:悦目金蛛拖丝至少具有2根、3根、4根及多根单丝纤维构成的4种不同结构,其中有一种类似弹簧的结构;另外,丝的表面还出现一种小环结构,这两种结构可能是拖丝纤维具有优良机械性能的原因之一。

We used the YG001A single-fibre electronic tensile instrument to measure the tensile mechanical properties of the draglines,which are spun by fifteen Nephila clavata spiders of different weights,and we analyzed the relationship between weights and mechanical properties of these different spiders.
利用YG001A单纤维电子强力仪测定了15只不同体重棒络新妇的拖牵丝机械性能,分析了蜘蛛体重与拖牵丝机械性能的相互关系,并利用SEM及计算机图象处理技术分析了拖牵丝的直径,发现不同个体的拖牵丝平均直径和断裂强度随着体重的增加而增加,而屈服点应力、屈服点拉伸率、断裂点拉伸率与体重都没有相关性。

We collected draglines secreted by 15 Nephila clavata Spiders when they falling down instantly,then we used the SEM to observe these draglines of single branch, take pictures, and used the Smileview software to deal with the pictures,measured and Stat the diameters of these single branch draglines.
收集15只棒络新妇瞬间下落时分泌的拖牵丝，用扫描电镜对拖牵丝单丝进行观察，并拍照，利用Smileview软件对所得照片进行处理，测量并统计了单丝的直径。

原料: 原 料：
枸杞头（即嫩芽）250克，熟猪肚250克，蒜丝5克，醋5克，精盐20克，味精3克，麻油50克，胡椒粉1克。
制法: （1）将枸杞头择洗干净，用沸水焯一下，捞出沥干晾凉，再用冷开水浸泡一遍，沥干，切成1.5厘米长的段。将猪肚切成丝。
（2）将枸杞头、猪肚丝放入盘中，加入麻油、精盐、醋、味精、蒜丝，调拌均匀，装入盘中，撒入胡椒粉即成。
特点: 色泽淡雅，软韧细嫩，清鲜爽口。
